  1. Props for Creative Commons

    October 29, 2008 by micah

I saw something today that I greatly respect, and an example that I hope I can follow. I recently heard about musician and worship leader Casey Darnell. What I just recently discovered, however, is that his music is licensed under Creative Commons, meaning that he is giving permission for people to freely use his music for non-commercial purposes as long as he is attributed for his work. That is really cool. While I like to think that most worship leaders feel that way about their music, the fact is that to be completely legal about it, you have to jump through some hoops and spend some money to use a lot of the songs out there. 4. The Sickness Has Taken Me

    October 21, 2008 by micah

I fought long and hard, but my defenses have finally been overcome. I don’t know if there’s ever a good time to get sick, but I suppose this is a good a time as any. God was gracious in letting me make it through my retreats in perfect health though, so now I don’t really have much room to complain. I probably will though.

    Change of topic…

Hopefully this blog will be updated more frequently again soon. A lot has taken place in the past month and I haven’t quite gotten back into the rhythm of Micah Lee’s life yet.
