For general filming, my family’s little camcorder did ok(quality wasn’t good, but it was bearable). But for greenscreen, or any other effects work, the quality was just pathetic. To do effects properly, your video quality must be good enough to allow a computer to analyze it thoroughly, and the grainy, compressed footage we had caused the effects software to go haywire. We had fun messing with it, though. We may even come back to the project again when we have $3000 to drop on a new camera. If you were really wanting to see the movie, donations are welcome! … just a thought.
